How do I return an item?
Please call 1(800)-236-8306 to get an authorization number. Please put the authorization number on or in the box.
Special order and non-stock items over $50 are non-returnable.
If the error is ours, you will receive full credit for the product. The product has to be returned in new condition within 30 days of invoice.
If it is a customer error, you will receive credit less freight and 15% restocking charges.
All returns must be received within 30 days of billing to be accepted.
